When you order a product from us we hope that you enjoy your purchase. If you are subscribed, we will send you emails when there is an upcoming event, new artwork released or if we want to share a recent project. Emails should not come in more than twice a month but if you do not want to receive those, just let us know.

YOUR DETAILS

Your details are required when ordering a product. The data we collect is information that identifies you personally, such as: Your name, E-mail address, Postal address, Contact telephone number and other billing information (we do not hold Credit Card/bank information)

This site through Wix, uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies (such as cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts). These technologies are used in order to maintain, provide and improve our services on an ongoing basis, and in order to provide www.johnpetch.com website and their users/customers) with a better experience. Cookies are required to order something. Besides that, we do not use them to track you. You are very welcome to delete the cookies the shopping cart uses after you've completed your purchase. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

johnpetch.com doesn't receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through either Stripe or PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

All customers can request data we hold on them and will receive this within 30 days. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for the security of your Customer ID and passwords. Make sure you keep them in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information.
