RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing an item of art from 'John Petch Art' at ‘www.johnpetch.com’. We want everyone who buy a piece of art to be completely satisfied and be able to make a purchase without worry. All items are inspected before shipment and hope you are happy with your purchase. Please check/examine the item/s you have received.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
A full money-back guarantee or replacement for all purchases made on the website is offered. If there is a fault or damage during shipment, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent it back. If you intend to make a return contact me (email) first to notify of your intention. Give your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work. Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to me, I will then contact you by email.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely. Please contact me for advice if needed. Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
You must post the defective products back to us or (if necessary) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return of the product back to us.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including, where appropriate, delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer standard delivery of a product one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
The money will be refunded by the original payment method/currency you’ve used during the purchase (minus shipping costs). For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up in your account/statement depending on your card issuer's policies .
